D. Michael Bouse
Started knifemaking in 1990 after retiring from the Army. The first couple of years, everything was ground from bar stock. Then I met Keith Bagley, blacksmith/bladesmith,
now, I forge everything.
I like the Japanese style blades with the clay hardened edge but I also like to do Persian curved knives, Bowies, camp knives and fighters.
I use 5160, L-6 and 1084 for my hand forged blades.
